We created a premium new site to showcase the sublime dishes made for clients ranging from weddings and dinner parties to large corporate events. Particular attention was paid to the excellent photography supplied and we kept things easy for a very busy Marc by linking the gallery section to his live Instagram feed.

Before his own venture, private chef Marc worked with some of the very best chefs in UK. These include two spells at the Michelin starred Castle Hotel in Taunton under Richard Guest. Dartmouth’s New Angel, under John Burton Race. The Oyster & Fish House at Lyme Regis, under Mark Hix. And Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage Restaurant.
